The lovely restaurant and bar The Pawn is going under renovation and reopening with a brand new concept in October. To say goodbye for a while, they are hosting a furniture sale, Pawning the Pawn. If you’ve seen the décor at this amazing three-story colonial-era building, then you’ll know this is an event not to miss. Everything must go! All furniture, wall art, lamps, decorations and kitchen equipment will be on sale. That’s not all; 20% of all proceeds will go towards supporting Liberty Asia. Shopping for a cause? You know we’re there.

For all beer lovers out there, this one’s for you! Mavericks will be hosting a day with the Craft Beer Association HK that is sure to help you unwind this weekend. You’ll be able to enjoy trying new beers from vendors like Americraft, BestbevHK, and Hopleaf. There will be games and great food too at this spectacular beach setting, so this is not one to miss, especially if the weather is going to be good! So jump on the Mui Wo Ferry and prepare for some beach bum fun.

When: 26 July, 12pm-4pm

The charity group Kilimanjaro 6 is going to gather some of the coolest bars in town for a night of guilt-free drinking. For every drink you order, a portion of your purchase will be donated to St. Rita Orphanage in Manila. So the more drinks, the better! You can also win prizes from raffle draws. If you miss this one, you can always join their next event, which will be held in October. Check their website for more upcoming events.
