Getting through another exhausting week of work (praise!) is definitely a cause for celebration; it’s time to fire up the fun! Don’t let the cold weather get you down this weekend – keep yourself occupied with these boozy brunches, educational events and pampering treats. Celebrate Australia day at The Butchers Club, have a laugh with Vivek Mahbubani and get your beauty fix at Lush Spa’s open day… it’s all here in this week’s Weekender!
Boozing and Brunching
This Saturday, MaxFoodLab brings you a meat-laden brunch at Blue Butcher – the likes of which you’ve never experienced before! The concept of brunching has really taken off here in HK, but there always seems to be a lack of good music to set the mood. ‘Meats & Beats’ aims to provide diners with an awesome fusion of the best music, food and beverages. Spend the whole day dancing and dining with the free-flow brunch, or head over in the afternoon for just drinks. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out on the chance to spoil yourself silly with a glass of bubbly (or three)!
When: Saturday, 23 January, 11am – 4pm
Where: Blue Butcher, 108 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong
How Much: Brunch and Free-Flow: $650 + 10% service charge, Free-Flow only: $280 + 10% service charge. For reservations, please contact [email protected] or call 2613 9286.

If you’re looking for some career inspiration, make sure you join in on this event – laughter is the best medicine, after all! Refreshments will also be available, so make an evening out of it.
