Let there be art
Hong Kong Art Gallery Week is in full swing, featuring international and local artists, gallery tours, artist talks, and studio visits! With so many art exhibitions and events going on, we’ve chosen one that we can’t wait to check out. TKM Limited’s Himalayan Art Exhibition features amazing ‘thangkas’ (scrolled paintings) from Nepal and Tibet, showcasing artists such as Ang Sang and Prem Lama. With the support of the Consulate General of Nepal in Hong Kong, this exhibition is definitely not one to miss if you want to see some incredibly detailed and unique artworks. See you there!

This weekend is absolutely jam-packed with events (as you can see from the above listings!), so we’ve teamed up with one of our favourite funky Vietnamese restos, Chôm Chôm, for a little Instagram competition! This Saturday, take a snap on Instagram of what you’re getting up to between 4-6pm. Tag @sassyhongkong and @chomchomhk, #sassysaturdays and tag three friends for the chance to win a Hanoi Happy Hour for 10 people! That includes unlimited beer or wine, chicken wings and banh mi sandwiches… yum. Whether you’re at Clockenflap, Electric Run or art gallery hopping, get creative and post your best pic!
