Transform HK

Transform HK is a competition being launched by Body Synergy, who we work with on our Bikini Bootcamp sessions, in partnership with Bootcamp Chef, Immaginaire Consulting (personal styling) and NRG Life Coaching. Together, these businesses are offering the chance to win a total life makeover worth $40,000 and stretching over an 8 week intensive period. They are picking one boy and one girl to take part, and we’ll be following the progress of the girl that is selected as she goes through this unique experience. This will be a kickstart like no other programme available in Hong Kong, and for free!

The best thing in our opinion is the amount of support that has been built into Transform HK – you’re encouraged to deal with life issues that might have been holding you back in the past, and you will learn about healthy eating and nutrition so that you can continue your new healthy lifestyle after the programme ends.
