We haven’t exactly been trying to hide our love for Bikini Fit here at Sassy: they’ve been Sassy Award runner-ups two years in a row (check out our award winners here) and we’ve raved about them here. Each of the outdoor training and nutrition plans are customised to suit your body type and they even offer online consultations for any of you jet-setting for your destination wedding. Meeting six times a week, the programme covers a range of conditioning workouts and even a bit of yoga to have you honeymoon-ready. The intensive group workouts begin again on September 22nd in Sheung Wan or Central, so better sign up quick before all the places are snapped up. Beach Body Bootcamp
As girls we need to have one another’s backs and the ladies at Beach Body Bootcamp know this better than anyone else. Their ladies-only fitness bootcamp is designed for women by women to make sure you look fit and feminine in no time at all. Their 50-minute sessions are sweet on your wallet and their top female trainers will have you both inside and outside doing high-intensity circuits with a grin on your face. Deviating away from boring standard Pilates classes, the studio has combined cardio and Pilates to create innovative Sassy reviewed reformer classes that will have you slender in no time. Boasting the largest fitness studio on the south side and a brand spanking new Central location, their hour-long classes are budget-friendly and widely varied (including zumba, yoga and Sassy tried-and-tested barre workouts). The staff at Flex want you to remain driven and inspired about your fitness goals, so they’ve actually created a fitness blog that’s definitely worth a look. If group classes aren’t your thing, you can always ask about private tuition too.

We had to check out H-Kore when our upcoming That Bride Vanessa Yeo insisted they had her and her husband wedding-ready in no time at all. We’ve actually been to H-Kore ourselves and have to say that their exclusive Lagree Fitness classes will have you sweating up a storm, but you’ll be hitting your toning, cardio and core-building goals in no time. As the old adage goes, no pain, no gain and their classes are definite gains as each 40-minute session will have you burning up to 800 calories. The small ten-person sessions are designed so that your instructors can give you their full attention in a quirky cool urban environment located in the heart of Central.
Individual classes cost $350 each, however they offer reasonably priced class packages here.

Is it any surprise that Pure Fitness is on here? The conveniently located state-of-the-art gym facilities make Pure Fitness a Sassy favourite, you even chose them as your favourite work-out center in 2014! Whether you’re busting your buttocks at Boot Camp or getting some honeymoon practice in at pole dance (which we’ve had a go at here), Pure boasts the most diverse list of fitness classes and we’re desperate to try all of them. You’ll be having so much fun working out that you won’t even notice the pounds sliding right by!

The Plateau Spa
You can afford to be a bit indulgent when it comes to wedding planning and Grand Hyatt’s spa and fitness bridal package is the height of decadence. Both of their customisable pre-wedding packages will have you dividing your time between the Grand Hyatt’s exclusive 24-hour fitness studio and the Plateau Spa (which we love, check it out here). It even grants you access to their picturesque swimming pool, which we’ve raved about in our Top Swimming Pools in Hong Kong roundup here. Each three or six month package comes with a number of personal training sessions as well as their drool-worthy facial and body programmes that will have you radiant on your big day. The package does boast a heftier price tag but it’s your wedding day, why settle for anything less?
A three month pre-wedding package costs $16,000, whereas the longer six month package is set at $30,000.

Trinity Pilates & Barre
We’ve always wanted ballerina bodies here at Sassy and Trinity’s dance-inspired barre, Pilates and yoga classes are about as close as we’re going to get. They’ll have you dancing down the aisle with their three-month Bridal Glow package, which will land you unlimited access to any of their intimate group classes. Whether you’re new to barre/yoga or a seasoned expert, there are daily classes for all ladies who want to look and feel their best on their wedding day.
