Terms and Conditions: Sassy Reader Survey 2020 / Upper House

By completing the Sassy Hong Kong 2020 Reader Survey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in Hong Kong.
2. It will be Sassy’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
3. All prizes must be claimed within 5 business days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated. If a prize is not claimed within this period we reserve the right to select an alternative prize winner or not award the prize at all.
4. The prize offered is a one-night staycation for two in an Upper Suite including breakfast for two at Café Gray Deluxe, a wine and cheese experience for two at C’est Cheese, complimentary access to fitness facilities, group wellness classes* (on Saturdays and Sundays) and complimentary return transfers.
5. Swire Hotels reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions. In the case of a dispute, the decision of Swire Hotels will be final.
6. Data Protection: By opting to receive email newsletters from Sassy, you will be added to the Sassy mailing list, so you can be in the loop about future Sassy news. We will share your email address with the sponsor of the prize and your email address will be added to the sponsor´s email mailing list.
7. Please let us know if you do not want your email address to be added to Sassy´s or the sponsor´s mailing list. However, the transfer of the prize winner´s contact details to the sponsor is necessary for the provision of the prize.
