How It Works

The Experience 

After slathering conduction lotion on the back of my thighs, Pauline put the machine to work, one leg at a time. The treatment itself feels like a warm, relaxing massage, the machine’s rotating balls creating an even, comforting rhythm. The temperature gradually increases to reach a maximum of 43 degrees celsius (aka the fat-burning sweet spot) before she switches to the other leg, at a slow enough pace that the build-up is manageable. She noticed slight inflammation behind the back of my knees which she tended to with the machine for added lymphatic drainage to boost circulation. 

Immediate Impressions 

Following the treatment, I noticed that the appearance of cellulite and its orange-peel look were diminished and that the treated area looked smoother overall, and dare I say tighter (thanks to increased collagen and elastin). Due to the warmth of the machine, the back of my legs had a post-workout rosy flush, perhaps due to the lymphatic system being activated which improved hydration — and my confidence.
