We all know practice makes perfect but dancing solo at home in front of your mirror is going to get you nowhere these days. You need a bit of rhythm intervention from the pros at Central Dance Studios. Teachers like David Escoe, who has worked with Usher and Justin Bieber, are ready and waiting to show you simple moves that will have you crowned a Hong Kong Dancing Queen.

Fall courses start in September and there are classes for every dancing personality like Hip-Hop, Adult Ballet, Jazz Funk and even Boogie Boot Camp. Central Dance Studios can even arrange private dance parties, which are perfect for birthdays or hen nights.

To get an inside peek at what Central Dance Studios is all about they are inviting you to their Open Day on Monday 13 September.
