Maximal Concepts have done it again – their new Chinese resto Mott 32 is already the talk of the town! If you didn’t make it to the opening, stop by to check out this massive 7,500-sq.-ft. space and their tasty Chinese food. Designed by Joyce Wang, the interior screams cool (look out for the embroidered wallpaper!), and we hear the char siu is out of this world.

Craving French fare? Head over to the trendy Noho neighbourhood and check out Cocotte! Italian aficionados, this one is for you! La Laconda brings a taste of traditional Italy to Harbour City on Kowloon side, with Italian native Chef Giancarlo Perbellini serving up classic dishes from his home country. We love Korean cuisine at Sassy, from K-roll to Korean BBQ, we just can’t get enough! Tiger Curry
Tiger Curry is opening with a bang in Causeway Bay, offering up fiery Japanese curries that are sure to pack a punch! This is set to be the new hot hipster hangout, with street art on the walls and a cool ‘urban’ back garden. Ho Lee Fook
Soho gets another trendy addition to its streets with the Modern Chinese Canteen, Ho Lee Fook! Watch out for interesting reinterpretations of classic Chinese flavours from Chef Jowett Yu, who’s come straight over from Sydney’s coolest restaurants. Gonpachi
For a unique taste of Japan, visit Gonpachi at The Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay to sample a one-off menu featuring the ingredients from Kumamoto, a lush natural environment located in southwestern Japan. Premium ingredients on the menu include amakusa chicken, dekopon orange, hiougi scallops, saratama sweet onion, Kumamoto wagyu beef and more.
