Proving once and for all that plant-based eats are indeed something to get excited about, enjoy a four-course creative tasting menu courtesy of VEDA and Alibi (Australia’s leading plant-based bar and kitchen). Given four seasonal ingredients to choose from, Head Chefs Jordan Brogan (Alibi Bar & Kitchen) and Paulson George (VEDA) will put their creative flair and imagination to the test through the creation of a bespoke menu, featuring both signature dishes, and specialty dishes designed just for the evening. Guests can look forward to Kimchi Dumplings, Roasted Aloo Gobi and Activated Cauliflower Ravioli, to name but a few of the mouth-watering dishes. Opt for the wine pairing option to complete your vegan feast.
