Three of Bali’s hottest culinary stars — namely Shelter Group’s Stephen Moore, Mason Group’s Benjamin Cross and Zac de Git of Bar Vera — join forces to showcase the island’s vibrant global cuisine, over an exclusive three-night pop-up dinner at TEST KITCHEN. The “four hands, two shakers, eight-course” menu is designed to share over long communal tables, complemented with a cocktail crafted by an award-winning mixologist.
