The Hong Kong Jockey Club Series: Women and Femininity in Ancient China – Treasures from the Nanjing Museum

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is presenting a special showcase at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, featuring a selection of 118 female-related artefacts from the Nanjing Museum. The ancient Chinese treasures include textile and embroidery works, famous paintings and metre-long scrolls dating back to the Han, Tang, Ming and Qing dynasties, plus a special video series produced to coincide with the exhibition.
When: Monday, Wednesday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 10am to 7pm, Lunar New Year’s Eve, 10am to 5pm. Closed Tuesdays (except public holidays) and the first two days of the Lunar New Year.
