Sassy is delighted to present a special edition of Mad Dinner, the hit pop-up tasting experience from Simran Savlani and her homegrown brand A Spark of Madness. It’s officially been one year since the first Mad Dinner in Hong Kong and after stops in Singapore, Bangkok, Jaipur and Mumbai, we’re bringing it back to the 852 with an all-vegetarian menu that promises a flavourful journey around Asia.

Served family-style, each dish comes straight from Simran’s A Spark of Madness cookbook. Expect mouth-watering favourites like Macau Café Portuguese Curry with Garlic Bread, Taiwanese Scallion Pinwheels, Handmade Biang Biang Noodle Jam, and Crying Tiger Smashed Potatoes to name a few! Plus, you’ll be one of the first to try a brand new Spark product.

Event Price
$680 per person, includes a nine-course vegetarian menu and a choice of highball. Additional wine is available for purchase on the day.
