Recovery, Resilience, Resurgence: Thirty Years of Hong Kong Photographs, 1940s to 1970s
Spotlighting over 80 photographs by Hedda Morrison, Lee Fook Chee and Brian Brake, this photography exhibition traces Hong Kong’s history over a span of three decades of great change, from the 1940s to the 1970s. Highlights include images capturing the city’s post-war recovery between 1946 and1947, resilience of the 1950s, and the resurgence of the 1960s and 1970s.
