Promising to bring you awareness, clarity and bliss in just 30 minutes, Morning Mindfulness at MANA (MMM) is a brand new community series aiming to inject some much needed calm into your busy weekday mornings. Indulge in half an hour of guided meditation, followed by an optional coffee break. Feel free to come as you are (office attire and all)! All levels are welcome.
Time: 7:30am to 8am
