Mind HK’s “Move it for Mental Health 2022” Stepathon Challenge
It’s no secret that exercise is good for our bodies, but do you know moving is good for our minds, too? Knowing this, Mind Hong Kong is running its Move it for Mental Health campaign once again to raise awareness of the benefits of exercise on our physical and mental health, challenging everyone to complete 50km in nature this month. Participants who successfully log 280,000 or more steps within the month of February will win a prize courtesy of the supporting organisations.
When: Until Monday, 28 February (registration closes Saturday, 19 February)
