Krav Maga Self-Defense Workshop

As life skills go, self-defence has got to be up there as one of the most important, especially for women. That’s why HandsOn Hong Kong’s upcoming Krav Maga workshops for women are worth looking into. Held to mark the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, volunteer instructors from the International Krav Maga Federation Hong Kong will teach participants all the self-defence basics.

Time: 9:30am to 12:30pm or 6:30pm to 9:30pm
