In partnership with social enterprise Cookie Smiles, 12 of Hong Kong’s most esteemed chefs (including Cookie DPT’s Wil Fang, Ando’s Agustin Balbi and pastry chef Joanna Yuen) will bake and donate their own unique take on the gingerbread man cookie.
