Hong Kong Food Hackathon 2019

A collaboration between food innovators, futurists, businesses and NGOs, the 2019 edition of Hong Kong Food Hackathon is designed to innovate and disrupt! This year, the weekend-long session will focus on healthier and more nutritious food choices inspired by the city’s favourite eats (made from plant-based and regional ingredients). Teams will be set up to tackle a food challenge and design and co-create everything from an idea to a business plan, pitch, recipe and market strategy. Make sure to register now!
