Promising to combine the eco-friendly activity of plogging with playing dress up for the spookiest night of the year, the Halloween Fancy Dress Plog is the perfect alternative activity this All Hallows’ Eve. In addition to the running, there’ll also be a costume competition, with the winner getting a gift bag of zero-waste goodies and a jar full of candy.
