Back by popular demand, this class gives you the lowdown on the “yoga strap” – the stretching belt that can help you touch your toes, deepen your stretch, and reach your full potential. The class is appropriate for beginners, just remember to bring your own yoga mat, a small towel, water, and a yoga strap (available to purchase for $30, PM to reserve one!).
