Darkness Into Light Charity Walk Hong Kong

On Saturday, 11 May, join thousands of people worldwide in walking from the darkness of night into the light of morning to help the global fight against suicide and self-harm. Started by non-profit Pieta House, the “Darkness into Light” 5km walk symbolically represents a therapeutic counselling journey. It hopes to spark conversation about the importance of mental health and wellbeing in all our lives. You can find out more here.

The Hong Kong walk will start at 5am at the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park. Make sure to register and keep up with the Facebook event for further updates. Your support and donations will contribute to Hong Kong charity partners Mind Hong Kong, Samaritan Befrienders, and KELY Support Group‘s respective campaigns and efforts.
