BEDU’s “Dinner with Corey”: Meet The Winemakers Of Vivent Les Vins Libres
In this month’s edition of BEDU’s “Dinner with Corey” series, join Head Chef Corey Riches as he partners up with Vivent Les Vins Libres, a collective of natural winemakers. Celebrate delicious products from Laurent Cazottes (Distillerie Cazottes), Xavier Ledogar (Domaine Ledogar), and Pascal Verhaeghe (Château du Cèdre Cahors). The special menu explores each artisans’ region and features dishes such as broccoli with crispy kale and zhoug labneh, wild pigeon manti with beetroot labneh and pistachio, and strawberries two ways with blood orange sorbet.
Time: 6pm to 10:30pm
$560 per person (+ additional $250 per person for natural wines)
