Bamboo Yoga’s Beach Aerial Yoga Workshop – All Levels

This three-part workshop by Bamboo Yoga starts with an aerial yoga class at URBAN YOGA followed by a hike to Tai Long Wan (one of Hong Kong’s most beautiful beaches!) to fly in bamboo tripods over the ocean! No experience is required and total beginners are completely welcome. Expect a Vinyasa flow using aerial hammocks, with five to seven inversions and a few advanced poses.
