The Floristry Curates Floral Mindfulness
The Floristry is hosting an afternoon of Floral Mindfulness to help you recharge and rejuvenate at its gorgeous flower studio. The event begins with a flow yoga session led by Kita Yoga’s Nikita Ramchandani, and ends with a floral sound bath meditation with Minnie Cheung of Mins Yoga. Yoga mats and cushions will be provided but participants are advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Tickets include yoga and meditation sessions, as well as drinks and some flowers to take home.
Time: 2:30pm – 4:15pm
