“フーダニット”(WHODUNNIT)
French visual artist Jean Jullien‘s practice includes graphics, illustrations, photography, installations, clothing and more; you may even have spotted him in the pages of The New York Times and National Geographic, or in collaborations with brands like Hermès. This month, Jullien will be showing 14 paintings on canvas at AISHONANZUKA, citing inspiration from Japanese (manga) and Franco-Belgian comics (bandes dessinées) as well as various book illustrators and cartoonists. The pieces will depict pleasures of daily life, including garden landscapes and the calm sea of the artist’s hometown, Brittany.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm to 6pm
