Karam’s version of the viral Dubai chocolate is perfect for the health-conscious among us as it’s made with olive oil. All ingredients are freshly made, from the filling packed with crunchy pistachios and kataifi to the Italian chocolate that comes in either milk or dark. The flavour of olive oil is prominent, so if you’re not a fan, best to to give this one a miss.
Sassy tip: These delectable treats can be ordered via Instagram DM with 1-2 days’ notice and are available for pickup in Mid-Levels. Delivery isn’t currently available, so bear in mind you’ll need to schlep to Magazine Gap Road to collect.

The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong version of the Dubai chocolate bar is made by in-house pastry chef Ringo Chan. Available online, stock is updated every day at 11am. So, get in line — it’s first come, first served! Presented in a beautiful box, it’s available in both dark and milk chocolate. You can either have them delivered (for an extra $200) or pick them up at the hotel in Central. A splurge that makes a great gift for the chocoholic in your life.
