Cinco de Mayo is almost here, which at Sassy means getting ready to sip frosty margaritas and chow down on lots of delicious Mexican fare. Pulled pork fans get those appetites ready. The Salted Pig will be featuring five signature dishes inspired by Cinco de Mayo. Menu items include Soft Tacos made with soft corn tortilla, pulled pork with BBQ corn and guacamole, Burritos stuffed with saffron rice, black beans, tomato salsa, roast pumpkin, avocado and pulled pork, and even Pancakes topped with pulled pork, maple syrup, bacon and whipped butter.
