Shikigiku

Simple, fresh, understated Japanese food. Formerly known as Inagiku at the Four Seasons Hotel, Shikigiku serves kaiseki – Japanese fine dining – alongside other favourites such as tempura and sushi. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. We think Shikigiku makes the best tempura in Hong Kong!
