Roasted suckling pig (and we mean the whole pig!) is Manor’s calling card, but be sure to order it one day in advance to avoid disappointment. If you just show up, you can always settle for the often hard-to-find gold coin chicken; don’t be disappointed when the dish comes out without chicken (now we’ve warned you!), rather it’s a medallion of Cantonese-style barbecued pork paired with a slightly thinner slice of pig’s liver, sandwiched in a pancake – protein overload! For a restaurant that tastes this good, you may find yourself eating alone (it’s often eerily quiet here)… but that just means more food for you!
