Lau Kin Wai, the owner of Kin’s Kitchen, is also the founder of Hong Kong’s first private kitchen, Yellow Door. An experienced and successful food entrepreneur, his restaurant was once Michelin-starred. Kin cooks and presents traditional Cantonese food in a way that brings out the best of the ingredients. The meal starts off with traditional appetisers such as cubed beef in gravy tinged with garlic and soy, leading into the mains – the signature smoked chicken and duck stuffed with rice and lotus.
