I think we need to start off by mentioning the innovative and creative chef Gianluigi Bonelli, who has previously worked at the world famous El Bulli and The Fat Duck (now that’s something you’d want on your resume!). Saying that is enough to make anyone want to see the master at work! G.e has three private rooms – Heaven, Hell and Eden, all of which are decorated according to their own themes, as well as a main dining room which itself is rather surreal. Surrender to your senses and let your mind run wild, while trying to decipher each of the flavours in the masterpieces served to you.
