Hong Kong’s first Nordic eatery has hit the ground running, offering up a fresh dining experience to the adventurous. Start the night perusing the drinks menu and enjoy one of their intricate molecular mixology cocktails (the Earl Grey martini is a crowd-pleaser). For food, go traditional and try out a signature Scandinavian fish dish, ‘Salmon Six Ways’. The cool colours and contemporary design set off the Nordic feel of the place.
