Daruma was established because the founder thought Hong Kong was in need of some real ramen from Japan. Most of the ramen broth is quite thin; however, there is one thick broth in particular that takes 10 hours to stew. You’ll be lucky if you actually ever try this ramen dish as there are only 15 bowls made each day.
