You’ll know this ramen spot for the long lines that creep down Wellington Street in Central, but it also has branches in Causeway Bay, Taikoo, TST, Sha Tin, and Tsuen Wan. With a menu that’s short and sweet, with only four options, you can’t go far wrong here. Choose from the Butao (the signature pork Tonkotsu), the Black King (with black garlic, squid ink, minced pork), the Red King (with chili powder and spicy sauce, miso, sesame oil and minced pork) and the Green King (olive oil, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese). Purists may shudder at the thought, but we’re fans of the Green King!
