Another favourite brought to us by the Aqua group, but this time serving up modern Thai cuisine slap bang on Hollywood Road. Blending Siam cuisine, hip cocktails and Bangkok beats, Ayuthaiya is the trendiest Thai place in town. Downstairs is the perfect environment for sharing plates with friends (and people-watching!) whereas upstairs offers more formal dining. The salmon dumplings are a must-try.
