This past weekend was a bit of a boozer for me and now I am waking up on Monday morning trying to figure out how I will get myself back on a healthy eating and fitness regime. It is so easy to just let yourself go and living in a place like Hong Kong there are many yummy temptations (aka greasy food and champagne) nearby that at times it is so hard to resist.
Sometimes you just need to get away to recharge the batteries and get back on track which is why I am so loving that Bootcamp is heading to Macau this weekend for their latest Bootcamp Retreat. There are no vacation days needed, no expensive plane rides to book – just jump on the ferry Friday evening and in no time you will be ready for a weekend of “Work Hard, Play Hard”. The Retreat will be held at The Westin which is right on the beach and the team from Bootcamp have a weekend full of workouts, nutrition sessions and socializing all planned for you.
The cost is $1,975 per person for a two person sharing room and $2,915 per person for a single room. The price includes all meals and snacks, accommodation, all workouts and seminars. I personally think this is an amazing deal for what you are getting considering most of us probably spend close to this in a weekend wining and dining on the streets of Soho or LKF!
The weekend is not 100% about fitness. There is plenty of time in the schedule to just relax by the pool or beach and this seems like a great way to meet new people as well. Here is the schedule for the weekend:

If I didn’t already have plans this weekend I would have been on the first ferry to Macau on Friday night. I just love everything about this retreat and I already am looking out for their next one. I hear it is going to be in Koh Samui!
