Admission to the general conference is free and it includes the yoga bazaar (which will have our favs Lily Lotus, tanya-b, Zobha and lululemon) and all free community classes and special events.

Early Bird prices end on 14 April and we have also secured a 10% special discount just for Sassy. To take advantage of the special discount enter sassy10 when registering (offer is valid until 30 April).

Some of the best yoga teachers from all around the world will be at the conference and we are looking forward to trying out their classes. Some of the all level sessions on our list this year are:

Bollywood Fusion (taught by Hemalayaa on 14 May from 5pm-7pm)
Join yoga and Indian dance diva Hemalayaa in awakening your spiritual power in Bollywood Vinyasa, which combines classic Vinyasa flow yoga with elements of Bollywood 101. Bollywood 101 is inspired by the exuberant, erotic and expressive moves seen in Indian films. Joy will abound as yoga and Indian dance diva Hemalayaa leads you through a series of familiar yoga postures linked together in an exhilarating creative way – you’ve never done yoga like this before. You’ll walk away feeling Ananda (bliss) from this practice. 100% Dance

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (taught by Seane Corn on 15 May from 10:30am-12:30pm)
Learn the foundation of a solid practice through alignment, core awareness and breathing techniques. Understand the basic principles of sun salutes A and B and how this is the cornerstone of every vinyasa practice. Also discussed will be the preparation, inner queues and dissection of the fundamentals of standing poses, backbends, twists and inversions. 10% Lecture, 90% Asana & Demonstrations

Yogaaid Challenge (16 May from 1:30pm-3:30pm)

Yoga Aid events are recognised around the world for bringing together the Yoga community with the purpose of “giving 4 living”.
