You’re Invited: Sassy’s Sunset Rosé Revolution

6 May, 2015

The weather’s getting warmer and that means one thing – junk season is right around the corner! Yep, it’s time to don your favourite teeny weeny polkadot bikini and get ready to set sail on your first boating experience of the year with our Sassy Sunset Rosé Revolution!

From 3.30-7pm on Sunday, 17 May, we’re inviting you to join us for a fabulous boat ride on the luxury junk ‘The Michelangelo’ for a cruise around Victoria Harbour. And this isn’t any old junk – this is the crème de la crème of HK’s sea-bound vessels, a classically beautiful yacht with three decks that’s been crafted with only the best materials. Talk about cruising in style!

Sit back, relax and sip on a glass of refreshing rosé wine as you watch the sunset fall behind our stunning city skyline. The talented team at The Flying Winemaker will be on hand to give you the low down on our favourite pink-tinted tipple, and you’ll be able to take part in a tasting of the best rosé wines that they offer. The vino experts at The Flying Winemaker will be celebrating the Rosé Revolution for the whole month of May across three cities, so this is a great way to join in on the fun and kick it off.

Expect delicious nibbles from Purple Beet to complement your glass (or two… or three…) of rosé. Tuck into smoked salmon rolled crepes with a lemon caper cream cheese, vegetable frittata with homemade beet root hummus, pink roast beef on a mini Yorkshire puddings and more as you enjoy a unique evening on the water! Grab a group of your best friends (guys and girls are both welcome!) to celebrate the start of summer in style and re-discover this underrated but completely refreshing pink vino. As fashion forward as we know you are and as much as we want to see the latest spring/summer trends on board, please note that the open seas and stilettos are not a good paring. Cheers!
