Celebrate the height of summer with junk trips, EDM parties, delicious food inspired by countries all over the world, and yes, even a book fair for our fellow bookworms. Walid Raad Art Project
Walid Raad’s new art project,‘Section 39_Index XXXVII: Traboulsi’ takes inspiration from renowned Hong Kong artist Ha Bik Chuen’s collage books, and his Beirut-based collaborator Suha Traboulsi’s “sculptural spaces”. Check it out for a relaxing yet thought-provoking day out with a new friend.

Canada Chamber of Commerce Foodie Week
In collaboration with some of HK’s leading restaurants, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce will be representing all things Canadian and encouraging you to try some of the country’s finest dishes around Central and LKF. Simply pick up one of their foodie passports and the more you eat, the greater your chances are of winning a trip with Air Canada!

4th of July Block Party
There’s no better way to celebrate America’s Independence Day than with the holy grail of American food – burgers and donuts. And to celebrate, The Butchers Club is combining these two foodie treats to create “The Glory Hole,” a burger with donuts… as buns! You might as well start off July with a cheat day, right?

When: Friday, 1 July – Monday, 4 July

Don’t Let Daddy Know Live in Macau
For all our fellow EDM lovers, DLDK is coming to Macau and it’s going to be the party of the year. Known for its mind-blowing visual and special effects, DLDK will take you on a ride filled with loud music, crazy energy and excitement.

Magic at the Fringe
It’s hard to deny magic when it’s so much fun to watch. Magic at the Fringe’s last show is coming up so be sure to grab a ticket (please note that shows are only in Cantonese!) before the magic ends!

Jack Wills Summer Pool Party
What would summer be without a pool party? Jack Wills is throwing a summer bash that’s guaranteed to be everything you’ve ever dreamed of. It’s all going down on the rooftop of the W Hotel, with renowned DJs, complimentary drinks and so much more.

The Good Life – Junk Trip
We love a junk here in Honkers, so it was practically a no brainer when All That Junk and San Miguel Pale Pilsen decided to collaborate and bring us “The Good Life” – a double junk that’s double the fun. With a homestyle buffet, unlimited beer and two stages of live entertainment, this is bound to be an unforgettable day.

When: Sunday, 10 July, 10am – 6pm

Fatboy Slim at Pacha Macau
If you love loud music, crazy dancing and want a truly memorable experience, then head over to Macau to see Fatboy Slim play his inescapable House hits all night long!  There’s even free admission for the first 100 ladies to arrive – better hurry, girls!

Bastille Day Brunch at La Vache
Like many Hong Kongers, one of our favourite meals is brunch. And La Vache will be celebrating Bastille Day in style with a free-flowing French feast (hello unlimited steak frites!), a photo booth and heaps of entertainment to celebrate this special day in France.

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival HK
Australia’s ultimate comedy road show is coming to Hong Kong in a night of silly, satirical and side-splitting humour! Head over to the Fringe Club for a taste of hilarious Australian comedy.

Hong Kong Book Fair 2016
Calling all bookworms! The Hong Kong Book Fair is back for the 27th year running, featuring hundreds of unique publications and cultural events. We know some of our Sassy Girls can’t go anywhere without a good book in hand, so this is perfect for those who prefer a nice night in with a glass of wine and a killer novel.

When: Wednesday, 20 July – Tuesday, 26 July. Check out the specific hours for each day here.

Let It Be Musical
The Let It Be Musical is heading to HK, celebrating the wonderful music of The Beatles – and it’s going be absolutely amazing. Make sure to pick up your tickets as this is a spectacle not to miss!
