Noodfood-180x120

Juiced out!
In case you hadn’t heard (or seen!), nood food – the new food concept at Pure Fitness and Pure Yoga locations – is now open at Kinwick Centre in Soho! Nood food is all about organic, innovative food that will keep you looking and feeling good. And why not try one of their three juice cleanses? All cleanses use cold-pressed juices with organic ingredients (you can tell which ingredients are organic as they’ll have an asterisk next to them). The balance of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and superfood supplements (which are what make these cleanses so unique) is perfect if you’re looking for a bit of a detox from the non-stop Hong Kong lifestyle.
