We’re loving the weather in the ‘Kong right now – so let’s hope it stays just as bright and breezy for another glorious long weekend (score!) as we’ve lined up loads to keep you busy…

Featuredlisting-01

bitterBittersweet bemusement
We’ve all been through a break up… and lets admit it girls, it’s not easy! Which is why Aurora Theatres production of Bittergirl, a new original play charting the break-ups of three different women, sounds right up our street! All of us should be able to relate to the experiences of love and loss, fairytales gone wrong and the search for your own identity in and outside of relationships… with a few glasses of vino along the way, of course! Think repeated viewings of An Affair To Remember, keying your ex’s car, Break-up Anonymous meetings and men who give you shoelaces for your birthday – get ready to laugh and cry as these bittergirls share their stories so snap up those tickets early… and remember, there will be coarse language and adult themes too (naughty!).

When: 30-31 October and 1-2 November, 8pm; 2 November, 2pm
Where: HKRep Black Box, 8/F, Sheung Wan Civic Centre, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
How much: $230 ($200 for concessions), including one free drink; tickets available via www.urbtix.hk, 2111 5999; email auroratheatrehongkong@gmail.com for more info
