If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by our hectic Hong Kong lifestyles, head over to Mayya Movement’s 24 Hour Wellness Transformation for a dose of solitude. Led by wellness expert Nealy Fischer, it’s the gateway to a healthy and holistic lifestyle. There’ll be yoga, nutrition tips and consultations, fitness classes and more at this relaxing two-day retreat. RSVP and head over if you’re looking to get in the zone by feeling zen! Grab the girls for an afternoon of tapas, sangria and theatrics! Head over to Boqueria for a brunch you won’t want to miss out on. There’ll be free-flow drinks, cooking demos (mmm, paella!), a carving station and more. How could we forget the most exciting thing – you’ll learn how to open a bottle of wine with a sabre! It’s the party trick you’ll definitely want to add to your repertoire.

The Rum Diaries
Hong Kong might be far from the Caribbean (sans pirates… okay, we’ll stop at two Johnny Depp references!), but that doesn’t mean we have to miss out from partying like a Puerto Rican. Honi Honi, one of our favourite cocktail bars is hosting the Rum Festival, a place where rum lovers can celebrate all that is good about the tipple. There’ll be more than 70 rums for you to taste, as well as Caribbean food and a soul party with groovy tunes.
