There’s just one more week left of the Man Hong Kong Literary Festival, but luckily for us that week is absolutely packed with events. Tonight at the Fringe Theater you can enjoy an entertaining evening of contemporary poetry from John O’Sullivan, Sally Dellow, Michelle Cahill and Martin Alexander, and attendees are also invited to bring their own poetry to share.
Then tomorrow there’s a literary lunch at M at the Fringe for $288 per person, followed by a talk by Min Jin Lee, the author of Free Food for Millionaires. I picked up my copy at Dymmock’s last week, and couldn’t put down this gripping novel about a family of Korean immigrants in the US – I strongly recommend it!
