Summer Brunch Sundays at The Mira

10 August, 2010

We’re always searching for new brunch hotspots in Hong Kong – after all, what can possibly be better than sitting down to a meal surrounded by friends, delicious food, and knowing that you don’t need to go anywhere or do anything for several hours! The super-stylish Mira in TST is introducing not one, but two new brunch options at their restaurants, WHISK and Yamm, so you can choose where to go according to your mood.

At WHISK, you can treat yourself to a decadent Champagne Brunch, where you can savour gourmet dishes like their signature Roast Suckling Pig with Spiced Wine Sauce, at your leisure, accompanied by Nu jazz mixes by WHISK’s resident DJ. Hot appetizers will be passed, including Caviar Aubergine with Parmesan Cheese and Goose Foie Gras Terrine on Toast. In the al fresco lounge garden, they’ll be firing up the BBQ to serve you Freshwater Tiger Prawns and Ginger Marinated Prawn Skewers. If you’re carrying on from Saturday night you can sip on the all-inclusive free-flowing Louis Roederer Champagne, house beers and freshly shaken cocktails. The WHISK Sunday Brunch is available on Sundays and Public Holidays between 12-3pm and is priced at HK$550 per person (plus service).

At Yamm, enjoy classic breakfast items like waffles, pancakes and toast, and savour live Brittany Oysters and fresh seafood. With brunch stations serving Japanese teppanyaki, Singapore Satay Skewers and Carvery Options, this is your traditional fill-your-belly for the rest of the day brunch with an Asian twist! Don’t miss the sinful dessert station, and enjoy free-flowing sparkling wine, juice and soft drinks for the HK$288 cover price (plus service).

For reservations at either WHISK or Yamm, call 2368 1111.
