Something Borrowed, Something Blue

I’ve mentioned a few times about my ever so talented friend Jaimee Rose. Jaimee is a writer for the Arizona Republic in the States, and is also a Domestic Goddess who could rival Martha Stewart on any day!

Recently Jaimee hosted a bridal shower for our dear friend Christina (who is getting married this weekend). The theme of the shower was designed completely around the royal blue Louboutin’s that Christina is going to wear with her wedding dress…..her ‘Something Blue’.

I had to share the photos from the shower because I find them to be so inspirational and now I am actually trying desperately to come up with a reason to have my very own party themed around a pair of gorgeous shoes!

Jaimee served mini milkshakes (tip: buy milkshakes from McDonalds, your guests will never know!).

The cupcakes were displayed on gift boxes from Tiffany’s (how creative).

“C” monogram cones (made by Jaimee) filled with parmesean truffle popcorn.

Fruit and cookies were placed in cupcake liners, and icecream was served in nut cups.
