Shake it up with Townhouse and California Tower

Unless you’ve had your eyes seriously fixed to your phone screen the last three decades, you wouldn’t have missed the impressive California Tower soaring 26 floors above Lan Kwai Fong. Home to some of Sassy’s favourite hangouts like CÉ LA VI, Townhouse, Porterhouse by Laris and Pure Fitness, you’ve probably seen one (or all!) of us excitedly waiting for the glass elevator on the ground floor a few times this year. So when we got the scoop that California Tower was celebrating their revamp and throwing a Grand Opening party, we may well have been first in line (yet again) to find out more. Oh, and did we mention, it involves cocktails. Lots of cocktails!

What’s happening?

Think cocktail shaking, graffiti spraying and smoothie making (is this just us, or does that sound like a Nicki Minaj lyric?). Learn how to make a special edition ‘California Tower’ cocktail at Townhouse, one of the coolest new restaurants of the year (read our review here).

Stir it your way

Cocktail making lessons from the expert mixologists at Zentral, where you’ll learn how to whip up the special Happy Hour cocktail.

A taste of Chinese Culinary Bites

Taste great modern Chinese cuisine and learn the creative cooking techniques behind it. You can also take part in a special cocktail mixing class at Fovea with the resident bartender.
