If you’re looking for a cosy place for any occasion, this is the place to come. Whether you want a private hen party, intimate celebration or even a pop-up store, this 600 sq. ft. open space is ideal. DOTTY has a charming white and grey interior with colorful and fun decor. Need a space to be creative? Let your ideas take over at Fill in the Blank (FTB), where you can literally fill in their blank space with what you want. Introducing itself as a creative and social space, FTB’s 3500 sq. ft. facility can help you with almost any kind of event you have in mind. Some of the features include: tables, a lounge area, board games, a projector and to add to the fun, foosball tables! They also have a 2,000 sq. ft. empty space. Move it around, or add your own things to customise the space for all your needs for the party. The staff will assist you along the way to design the best, most memorable party for you. The owner of Philia Home, Winnie Lam, came back to HK from California to offer a warm, comfortable space for people to use in a residential setting. Chef Leo Kam will cook up Japanese-inspired dishes (or whatever you want) while you enjoy your time chatting in the terrace or sipping wine at the table. You can even bring your own chef to cook at the open kitchen. Philia Home’s dining table can seat sixteen of you and your friends, but if you’re having a big party, the space can fit up to 80 people. This one’s for the girls who are looking for a venue you with a little more character! Varga Lounge is not your ordinary party venue… with two-stories, kitschy furnishings and vintage-style décor, this private area will certainly give you party a unique edge. Ideal for smaller-scale private parties, its up-stairs room can fit around twenty people. However, you can reserve the entire venue with a capacity of sixty guests. If you’re looking for a twist to the traditional dinner party, why not try out Corner Kitchen? Their full participation cooking parties are ideal if you want people to get involved and enjoy making and eating the delicious food on offer! You’ll get wine and tapas, and aprons for your cooking sesh with an instructor guiding you through the whole thing. Just have a blast preparing the dishes and enjoy your food! Suitable for occasions ranging from photo shoots to private parties, the venue charges from $1,000 per hour and all equipment, tools, glassware, tableware are available for you. You can bring up to 24 people and it’ll take three to four hours to cook and enjoy the meal you’ve made. South Bay Beach is one of the quieter beaches on HK Island and has an awesome view. The former beach club has unfortunately closed, but it’s still a great place to have a get-together. Surrounded by Hong Kong nature, this is a great chilled out option for those of you who like to party on the sand. Umami Concepts is a kitchen studio where you and your friends can enjoy some cooking fun! (You don’t have to be a chef to take part in this interactive party.) This Sassy tried and tested space is tucked away in Midlevels, and is simply but beautifully decorated. The talented staff are great at taking you through the cooking process, making if fun and easy. Not only will you be entertained whilst you get cooking, but you’ll also get to enjoy a top-notch meal at the end. We’d definitely go again, for birthdays, hen nights or Christmas parties!

Blue Butcher is already well known for its walk-in, dry aging room lined with pink salt bricks that dry the beef to its best. Imagine having a posh but intimate party here, enjoying perfectly cooked, award-winning premium Wagyu Beef! They also have an amazing cocktail list too (there’s some with a meaty molecular twist). This bar/lounge can seem more laid back and less private. However, it opens to a terrace area and makes it a great spot for a fun night out.
