Get ready to feel the burn and train like a pro by taking Kensho’s 50 Day Challenge, which will see you working out nearly every day to get into the best shape of your life! In addition to outdoor training sessions five or six times a week (all especially customised to your own fitness levels and personal goals, of course), the programme also includes expert talks about nutrition and mental training to ensure you stay on the path to a healthier lifestyle in the long run.
The programme also includes 24/7 support from Kensho’s team of highly-experienced coaches – you’ll be kissing that summer flab goodbye in no time (and in the run-up to holiday party season as well… helllloooo new LBD!). When: 21 October-22 December, 2013; morning sessions 6.30-7.30am or 7.30-8.30am (Tuesday & Thursday evening sessions at 7.30-8.30pm available for those who can’t make all the morning classes)
Where: ICC Tower, Kowloon; most training sessions are outdoors, unless there’s heavy rain
