We know how much you Sassy readers love a good brunch… That’s why we’re hosting our very own Sassy brunch on Saturday, 6 June at The Envoy to kick off the mid-summer fun!
Grab the girls and head over to one of the hottest bars in town, conveniently located in the heart of Central at The Pottinger Hotel. For just $350 each, you’ll be able to enjoy the best of some of our favourite Central bars. Yep, Angel’s Share, Quinary, Origin and The Envoy will all be providing a selection of brunch goodies and matching cocktails for you to enjoy!
Match delicious Greek muesli (think fresh wild-berries, rolled oats, espresso greek yoghurt and logan honey) with the ‘Angel’s Sour’ cocktail. Then move on to a full on Breakfast Platter with eggs, sausages and all the works, which will be perfectly complemented by the ‘Eary Grey Caviar Martini’ from Quinary (the perfect breakfast cocktail!). Follow up this up with Milo Pancakes that are served with scrumptious salted caramel and bananas along with a very instagram-worthy ‘KGB’ cocktail from Origin… that mini bubble bath is just too cute! And last but not least indulge in Kaya Waffles with pandan maple syrup and Hong Kong style milk tea ice cream. Wash them down with the sweet ‘Dinosaur’ cocktail from The Envoy for a brunch you certainly won’t forget…
